Booking + Reading Policies
All sessions, readings, and service-based purchases must be scheduled and/or redeemed within 90 days of the purchase date. If a client does not schedule their session or complete the required intake/communication within 90 days, the purchase is forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
Live Sessions:

Sessions are reserved only after payment is confirmed and the appointment is booked.

Reschedules/cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Late arrivals: sessions end at the scheduled end time; late arrival time is not added.

No-shows: failure to attend a scheduled session without notice is considered a no-show, and the session is forfeited.

If you cannot attend your scheduled time and provide 24+ hours' notice, your purchase converts to a 90-day credit to reschedule (no refunds).
Emailed/PDF Readings:

Delivery timelines begin once all required information is received (birth details where applicable, questions, and any requested photos).

If the required information is not provided or communication stops, I will follow up. If the reading remains unclaimed/undeliverable past the 90-day window, the order is forfeited.
Refunds:
All sales are final upon purchase. No refunds are offered.
Due to the nature of digital/spiritual services, all sales are final.
